The Cost of Cottage Watch is determined by accessibility.  Prices start as Low as $35.00 and discounts are available to groups of 6 or more cottages who register together.

Do I have to commit to cottage watch visiting every 14 days all year round? Can they visit more or less often?

No, you don't have to commit to an every 14 day program. We can custom tailor a program to suit your needs. If you want more frequent visits or if you are looking for service only one a month we can arrange it. Of course, our prices reflect the basic service so any changes will be reflected in your costs.  Similarly, you can arrange to have cottage watch visit your cottage year-round or just during the off season.

 My Cottage isn't on a year round road; Can I still get Cottage Watch?

Yes, even difficult to reach cottages can be protected by cottage watch. However, these cottages may have to pay a slightly higher premium.

What are the payment options for Cottage Watch?

Cottage Watch must be paid two months in advance.  You will receive an invoice each month and payment is due upon receipt.  We accept payment in cash, or personal cheque. NSF cheques will be subject to a $25 service charge.

Does Cottage Watch include an alarm system?

No, Cottage Watch does not include an alarm or monitoring system. However, GSM Cottage Watch will act as a local contact for your alarm company should you have your own alarm system installed.

Does the cost of Cottage Watch include snow removal or cottage closing?

No, the Basic Cottage Watch Service does not include the price of cottage closing or snow removal.  However, during our inspections of your property we will inspect your buildings for snow load and will make recommendations to you..  We can do snow removal or cottage closings for an additional fee to be negotiated  on an individual basis.
